This position in Phoenix is for the company S-4, a subsidiary of AIS.

Position Overview

S-4 is seeking an experienced Shared Services Admin interested in being a part of a growing department within the company.

Under the direction of the Shared Services Supervisor is responsible support AP, AR, purchasing, project billing, collections, and payroll. They will need to exhibit a strong customer service orientation, data entry accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will be a professional, high-performing individual who takes pride in performing top-quality work with a team-oriented, service mindset.

 Key Requirements - What You Will Bring to the Team:

• 3-4 years of experience in similar corporate role, preferably in the A/E/C industry
• Experience in:
  • Purchasing
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll support
  • Human Resources (onboarding paperwork, etc.)
• Flexibility in process changes
• Passion for ensuring accuracy of all information flow
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, accounting certificate, or equivalent experience required.
