Responsibilities:

• Work with Restorative Team to help our residents achieve their highest level of functioning
• Maintain resident documentation, records and charts to ensure an accurate, up-to-date account of the residents' medical treatments
• Complete treatments following appropriate protocols and use of treatment applications
• Familiarity with wound procedures and medications/ointments utilized in wound care
• Wound measurements and wound documentation on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license from the State of Illinois
• Restorative Nursing Certification (required)
• Would Care Certification
• Experience in long term care
