Job overview

Company expanding office in Tempe area looking for a receptionist/administrative person for general office work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, routing calls, taking messages
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Heavy data entry
  • General support to Branch Administrator and Senior Leadership Team
  • General administrative duties such as filing, copying, ordering supplies
  • Communicating in a professional manner with client, company employees, outside vendors and visitors

 Key Requirements What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Minimum of two years' solid receptionist/office administration experience
  • Natural ability to collaborate well with others within your team and across the organization at large
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
  • Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills
