Preschool Center Director

A premiere childcare and early education company is seeking an experienced childcare center director to join our team in the DFW area.

The director will be responsible for the daily management of the center and will work closely with a team of educators to ensure the center's success.

Must be willing to relocate to the DFW area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development or related field
• Three to five years' experience in child care center management
• Valid Texas Director's license
• CDA credential, plus current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to work closely with families and staff and cultivate longterm relationships
• Strong administrative / office / computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Experience with recruiting and retention of quality staff
• Experience with budgeting, marketing and overall business management
• Clean background check and clean driving record
• The ability to move from a seated to a standing position to quickly to respond to emergency situations
• Experience with commercial food preparation
• Detail-oriented
