Data Entry for Payroll processing and General Office in the Denver, CO area
Primary Function:
Supports site administrative functions in the areas of heavy data entry, timesheet processing, document management and retention and onboarding of new hires. Review, adjust, and submit time information and project travel expenses such as per diem and travel reports. Support Site Superintendent. Performs general office administrative duties. May perform reception duties such as greeting visitors and answering phones.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years' experience required in the following areas:
- Heavy data entry pertaining to payroll processing
- Clerical duties such as filing, compiling new hire packets, sending new hires/employees to clinic for appropriate tests.
- Completing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Communicating in a professional manner with client, company employees, outside vendors and visitors.
- Working in a construction environment, being aware of hazards and performing duties in a safe manner
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with computer systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required
