Payroll Administrator NW Austin

• Five or more years of payroll experience, including but not limited to  employee changes, garnishments, standard and custom reporting, company level changes, payroll processes and procedures, including federal and state payroll laws.
• Must have experience with UltiPro payroll, ADP
• Must have multi state tax experience
• Experience preparing for 401(k) and Workers Compensation audits
• Experience with benefit enrollment, open enrollment, benefit deductions and reporting
• Experience handling manager and employee inquiries with discretion, tact and confidentiality
• Very strong skills in Excel, Outlook
