MDS/Restorative Nurse

A skilled nursing facility located in the Kankakee, IL area currently has an opening for an experienced: MDS/Restorative Nurse for a full time position.

This position requires the following:

*current Illinois nursing license in good standing

*Should have recent experience as a Restorative Nurse in a skilled nursing facility

*Must have in-depth knowledge of Restorative and MDS care, including regulations, the survey process, assessments, restorative procedures, documentation, staffing, etc.

*Should be able to work in collaboration with the restorative aides and the department management team

*Must be able to help with educating the rehab team with any new procedures

*Should be able to work full time hours including a manager on duty weekend rotation as needed

*Solid work history
