CPA / Accountant - Tax Preparer

Full-time position for an experienced CPA/tax preparer. Looking for a candidate that is interested in working directly with owners and clients. Our firm is in a high growth phase that provides significant opportunity for the right candidate. 

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of individual, partnership, corporate and trust income tax returns
• Preparation of various state tax returns
• Tax research
• Perform other duties, as needed

Compensation will be based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting preferred
• CPA or CPA eligible or comparable work experience
• Experience in income tax preparation is preferred, but not required
• Experience with Lacerte tax software is a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks, general ledger cleanup, reconciliations, financial reports, and an ability to set up new client accounting systems is preferred
