Accounts Payable Analyst

Platinum Health Care's mission is to provide complete back office functionality for our Senior Living Communities, and Behavioral Health Centers giving our entities all the resources they need for financial growth and expansion, they are able to provide patients with a healthier quality of life.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst. Under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager, the overall purpose of the Accounts Payable Analyst will be to perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that Platinum Health Care's finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

JOB FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to:

• Invoice processing
• Employee check request and reimbursement processing
• Timely and accurate processing and execution of check runs
• Data filing
• Accurate record keeping
• Data entry

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field of study

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in accounts payable, general ledgers and financial reporting systems 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Must be willing to uphold company policies and procedure with integrity and honesty
