This position in the Phoenix area is for the company S-4, a subsidiary of AIS.

Position Overview

S-4 is seeking an experienced Shared Services Supervisor interested in being a part of a growing department within the company.

Under the direction of the SVP Finance, the Shared Services Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of approximately 8 10 employees performing data entry, reporting, and other processing duties. They will need to exhibit a strong customer service orientation, process design capability, commitment to adherence to established processes and procedures, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. Promotes teamwork and the highest ethical standards in the workplace.

 Job Responsibilities

 As a Shared Services Supervisor your responsibilities will include: 

  • Shared Services Processes:
    • Becoming proficient in all areas of Shared Services
    • Analyzing data and question reasonableness and accuracy of information
    • Understanding the meaning and importance of processes, striving to ensure all aspects of the processes are complete, accurate and timely at all times
    • Perform data entry in Shared Services systems
  • Corporate, Branch Management Support:
    • Assists management as necessary in providing information, reports, and special projects
    • Handles administrative tasks as requested
    • Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports
  • Other:
  • Providing vacation support for Shared Services as needed
  • Helping with phones
  • Track performance metrics with KPIS within functional area of responsibility

Key Requirements - What You Will Bring to the Team: 

  • 5 years of experience in similar corporate role, preferably in the A/E/C industry
  • Experience in:
    • Purchasing
    • Accounts payable
    • Basic reporting
    • Basic general ledger
    • Human Resources
  • Effectively supervised a team of at least ten
  • Flexibility in process changes
  • Passion for ensuring accuracy of all information flow
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including:
    • Office
    • PowerPoint
    • Excel
    • Outlook
  • Demonstrated business acumen, problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.


  • Travel may be required
