Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Manager to manage a team of approximately 50 employees in multiple departments in call center operations, including 7 direct reports. This Manager will be involved with strategic planning, participate and lead work groups, and identify and implement process improvements within the business unit.


  • Bachelor's Degree, or High School Diploma or equivalent with equivalent job experience 
  • 10 years of customer support experience with at least 3 years in call center operations
  • 3 years of managerial experience (coaching & development, monitoring attendance, delivering disciplinary action, preparing annual reviews, and conducting interviews to fill open positions)
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience and knowledge of applicable voice systems/call center software
  • Strong work ethic and motivational drive as this position requires the ability to multitask effectively in a demanding work environment and meet simultaneous deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel, as well as with external customers and vendors
  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical and verbal & written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and decision making capability
