Position Overview

Experienced Branch Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing the branch operations to ensure safety, financial, and people targets are met. Proactively supporting Safety staff in achieving company safety objectives. Managing branch-specific safety recognition and audit programs. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing staff on developing growth plans, expanding customer accounts, and resolving customer issues. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at existing and target client companies. Ensuring branch compliance of company policies and procedures.

Under the direction of the VP the Branch Manager will work closely with Branch Staff and Sales as well as Corporate to execute and achieve branch goals.  They will manage provide leadership and guidance to direct reports. They will also collaborate with other branch managers and operation managers across the company.

The successful candidate with develop and execute plans to meet or exceed corporate financial objectives.

Key Requirements - What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience of progressive movement in management, preferably in the AEC industries
  • Natural ability to collaborate well with others across the organization
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. Exceptional attention to details
  • Outstanding work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel power User-Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Good problem solving skills, intellectual maturity, and relationship management skills

Education, Experience and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction, or related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for a degree
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification preferred 

Travel:

  • Travel of up to  40% may be required
