Company located in the Memorial City area will have a future opening (April 15th) for an HR Assistant.

We are accepting applications and intend to begin screening and phone interviews in late March.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet guests
  • Direct employee calls to the appropriate member of the HR team
  • Enter new hire information and process incoming paperwork
  • Create and mailout termination letters
  • Manage recurring projects such as Performance Evals, Anniversary Awards, Birthday Lists, etc.
  • Records management: file and store documents in a timely manner
  • Submit invoices for payment; monitor HR expenses; assist with budget reports
  • Clerical tasks such as writing letters, sending emails, and preparing presentations
  • Other HR tasks as assigned


  • H.S. Diploma required; College degree is PREFERRED
  • Minimum of three (3) years of work experience; ONE (1) year in an HR role
  • Must have strong writing skills - proper grammar and punctuation
  • Must have strong computer knowledge to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Comfortable with using and learning various software applications
  • Typing speeds of 60+ wpm; able to enter data correctly and quickly
  • Time management skills; able to juggle and prioritize own duties and upcoming projects
