Responsibilities:

As a Lease Billing Administrator, you will work with the sales team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of transactions. You will bill and manage equipment orders, act as a liaison between the sales reps and leasing companies, enter sales orders, resolve credit issues, submit credit applications, and much more.  We are looking for a people-person with previous sales support experience and a strong attention to detail. Desire to provide a world-class customer experience and a strong sense of integrity and trust are a must.

  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of sales support, lease administration and/or related experience.
  • Some college preferred.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
